Dr Harriet Dunbar-Morris

Strategic Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor

Dr Dunbar-Morris joined the University of Bradford in May 2014. Her role is to provide strategic support and advice.

She also provides leadership and management to the Executive Support team.

After completing her DPhil via the universities of Sussex and Toulouse, and following a postdoc in Psycholinguistics, Harriet returned from France to join first the Oxford Learning Institute, and then Wolfson College and Oxford’s Department of Education as a Research Fellow.

As well as undertaking research at Oxford she also taught on the Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, and supervised Master’s students.

Post-Oxford, Harriet has worked at UCAS and the 1994 Group in senior research and policy positions, and the University of Bath as an Executive Officer in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

Harriet chaired the Research:Solving Global Problems session (Session Slides) and the Educating the Global Citizen session (Session Slides).
